Kieran Bond is a Partner in the Residential Conveyancing department. Kieran joined Linder Myers in 2009 following the merger with Moss and Poulson.

Kieran specialises in:

  • conveyancing
  • commercial property

Examples of Kieran's successes include:

  • One of his decisions as a tribunal judge was challenged unsuccessfully by Cherie Booth Q.C. in the High Court, and equally unsuccessfully in the Court of Appeal.
  • As a younger lawyer, Kieran obtained what was then a record award of general damages for a client in a case of inadequate anaesthesia in childbirth.

Kieran lives in Shrewsbury and is married with a son. He is interested in music, whether playing the piano or guitar, or score reading. He enjoys walking the coastline of Anglesey when time permits. He also sits as a part-time judge of the First Tier Tribunal (Health, Education and Social Care Chamber), dealing with special educational needs cases.

Employment: Kieran was articled in North Wales and he returned to Shrewsbury in 1981, working at Moss and Poulson as an assistant solicitor, before becoming a partner in 1984
