Diane Rostron

Diane joined Linder Myers in May 2009 as a Partner, following the merger with her own practice, Rostrons. She currently works in the clinical negligence department.

Diane specialises exclusively in medical negligence claims, having developed an excellent reputation for representing clients in this complex area of law. These include:

• anaesthetic awareness
• cerebral palsy (brain damage)
• amputation/ paralysis
• cosmetic surgery claims
• accident and emergency
• NHS complaints
• medical product and drug claims

Diane is married with one daughter and lives in Lytham St. Annes. She is a keen gardener and enjoys dog walking along the Fylde Coast and generally keeping fit.
