Compliance and Training ManagerMark joined Linder Myers in June 2008 as the Compliance & Training Manager.
He previously worked as a risk and compliance consultant for many years within the legal sector, before becoming the risk manager with a local firm in Manchester.
Compliance is now an integral part of the day to day running of legal practice. It is crucial firms comply with the all elements of Solicitors Code of Conduct 2007, and all other regulatory requirements. Compliance is an excellent way of reducing the firms risk profile, and an excellent way of ensuring a consistent approach across the firm.
Mark lives with his wife and daughter in Cheshire. He has many hobbies and interests which include; watching MUFC, running and skiing.
He sums up his approach to work by stating; "Strive to continually improve internal procedures and client services, to reduce business risk"
