Pauline Taylor

Pauline joined Linder Myers in February 1999 in the newly created role of HR Manager.

Pauline previously worked in HR for Greater Manchester Fire Service and HM Customs & Excise. She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

People related issues can affect all aspects of business. The aim of HR is to manage people issues wherever possible in a professional and understanding manner to achieve the best results both for the business and the individual.

Pauline lives in Manchester and is married. She has many hobbies and interests which include: Diverse music tastes from opera to Take That, foreign travel particularly Italy & Spain, Spanish culture and language – the former including the wines of Galicia – the latter at a very early stage for conversations!

Pauline sums up her approach to work by stating; "People are fundamental to the success of any organisation"
