Mark joined Linder Myers in May 2009 and now deals with the full spectrum of compensation claims in the clinical negligence department. He has over 17 years experience within the litigation field.

Mark solely represents claimants in clinical and dental negligence claims, arising from NHS and private treatment. Since 2008, he has helped claimants obtain in excess of £1million. His current case load is wide ranging, but specific areas of interest include paediatrics, vascular surgery and opthamology.
Mark lives in Horwich, spending his spare time in his role as a school governor, road cycling and watching his beloved American football team - The Washington Redskins.
Mark sums up his approach to work by stating: "having personally experienced significant injury in the work place and having undergone sessions of corrective surgery / rehabilitation, I fully understand the financial and emotional impact of a compensation claim.
