Bill Jarvis

Bill joined Linder Myers in June 2008. He is a Partner in the Commercial Property department of the Shropshire office.

Bill specialises in:

• commercial property
• property and land development

• agricultural work

Some of Bill’s recent work includes:

• sale of a farm for development
• development of 36 properties
• barn conversion (sale and purchase)
• sales of public houses, retail units and factories
• purchase of factory unit in North Wales and letting of 18 sub units
  

Bill lives with his wife and daughter in Shropshire. In his spare time he is a budding sportsman; playing tennis, squash, club cricket, football, golf (handicap currently 26) and marathon running (best time 2 hours 45 minutes). He also enjoys gardening and music (listening not playing).

Education: Degree in Environmental Health at Aston University and qualifying exams at Christleton College of Law, Chester

Employment: Previous employment includes heading up the housing department of Telford Development Corporation, two years as an associate and an additional ten years heading up the housing department of a solicitors firm in Shropshire, turning over in excess of £1.5 million
