Paul Willan

Paul joined Linder Myers in December 2004, following the merger of his firm, Willan Bootland. He is currently a partner and heads both the Corporate Commercial and Commercial Property departments.

Paul specialises in company and commercial work, including:

• corporate finance
• patent licencing
• commercial conveyancing
• tax planning
• rent acts

Paul is married with three children and his interests include pianoforte, shooting, skiing and forestry. He is a Cavaliere al ordine del merito della Republica Italiana (the equivalent of a Knighthood), a bilingual Italian/English speaker and also speaks good French. In addition, he has a number of appointments as a director of private companies and is the official solicitor (avvocato di fiduccia) to the Italian Consulate in Manchester.

Paul sums up his approach to work by stating he is a "deal junky with an aggressive enthusiasm"
