Martyn James

Martyn James joined Linder Myers Solicitors in April 2007 as a Partner in their expanding Residential Conveyancing team.

He typically deals with high net worth city centre residential property transactions for private individuals, investors and bespoke developers.

He has in excess of 20 years experience of working in the City and brings this wealth of experience to the Linder Myers team.

He felt the time was right to move to a firm that could better adapt to the demands that will be placed on law firms with the impending changes to the housing market, including the introduction of HIPS and the opening up of the legal market to non-lawyer owned companies.

Martyn comments “Linder Myers is a progressive and fast expanding firm, which I am delighted to be joining and I look forward to developing the Department into one of the largest specialist residential property units in Greater Manchester.”

He is married with two children and lives in Lancashire, is a keen sports fan and an Oldham Athletic FC Season Ticket Holder.
