Andrew Brown

Andrew joined Linder Myers in October 2007 and is a Partner in the Corporate Commercial department.

Andrew specialises in:

Examples of Andrew's successes for clients include a case in which he acted on the sale of a building materials business for approximately £12 million, the sale of a specialist nursing home for approximately £9 million and the purchase of a nursing home business for approximately £4 million.

Andrew lives in Knutsford, Cheshire, along with his wife and three children. He enjoys golf, triathalons, reading and DIY. He is also a member of Knutsford and District Round Table (was a previous Chairman) and is a member of Higher Delmar Investment Club.

Andrew sums up his approach to work as follows:“a commercial approach is essential to any transaction. Work out which issues are important and stick to those, whilst at the same time adopting a flexible and co-operative approach with the other side. Also, getting the deal done within prescribed timescales is always an important objective.”
