Trevor Ward

Trevor joined Linder Myers as a Trainee Solicitor in 1984, becoming a Partner and Head of Clinical Negligence department in 1989.

Trevor supervises all clinical negligence work at the firm and has considerable experience in:

• birth trauma
• orthopaedic
• opthalmic
• general surgery claims

Trevor has conducted cases for clients based around the world and also has substantial experience in dealing with multi million pound claims. He is an assessor for the Law Society specialist Clinical negligence Panel and is frequently asked to contribute to legal texts and articles, as well as lecturing to lawyers and doctors.

Trevor lives in Cheshire and is married with two daughters. He is described in the Chambers directory of the legal profession as "a big personality and a major player in the North West region."

He sums up his approach to work by stating: "knowing the issues in a case and mastering them is crucial to any success, and this is what I try to do"

Education: BA Hons Law (2:1) at Manchester Metropolitan University. Winner of the Maxwell Law prize.

Memberships: accredited as a fellow of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL)
