Anthony Robinson

Anthony is an Associate in the Employment department.

Anthony has specialised in employment law since 2002, having previously had experience in personal injury and civil litigation. He acts for both employers and employees in both contentious and non-contentious matters and advises on all aspects of employment law.

Examples of Anthony's success for clients include:

• BAPIO V Secretary of State for Health (House of Lords). Successfully challenged Department of Health policy unfairly affecting doctors on the Highly Skilled Migrants Programme.
• Chaudhary v BMA. Court of Appeal overturned Employment Tribunal award to doctor that at time had been largest award made by an Employment Tribunal.

Anthony is married with two children and lives in Cheshire. He has many hobbies including music, singing with Halle choir, reading books and sports.
