Andrew joined Linder Myers in 2007 and is a solicitor in the Commercial Litigation department.

Andrew specialises in:

• general commercial litigation
• building and construction disputes
• Wills and inheritance disputes
• professional negligence claims.

His particular area of specialism is property litigation, advising both landlords and tenants of commercial property and owners of residential property in respect of all types of property related matters, including:

• lease renewal
• forfeiture and possession proceedings
• dilapidation claims
• adverse possession
• boundary disputes
  

Andrew is married and lives in Cheshire. He has many hobbies, including photography, cinema, theatre and travel.
