Sian Morris

Sian joined Linder Myers in November 2009 as a Legal Executive in our Clinical Negligence department in Lytham.

Sian specialises in:

• psychiatric injury
• inquests
• gynaecology
• orthopaedic claims
• cardiology
• judicial reviews
• complaints to professional regulatory organisations (e.g. the GMC and NMC).

Examples of Sian's recent successes for clients include:

• Brown - born 1979 - birth injury with previous solicitors for 5 years - settled for £2million
• Conneely - cerebral palsy case - settled for £4.8million
• McNicholas - represented the family at a 2 week inquest with a jury which resulted in a verdict of 'natural causes aggravated by neglect'; instructed in the same case in relation to disciplinary proceedings before the GMC's Fitness to Practice Panel and previously in relation to proceedings for judicial review against the Nursing and Midwifery Council and the General Medical Council

Sian lives in Blackpool with her partner. She enjoys going to the gym, the theatre, DIY, the saxaphone and she is currently learning boxing.
